  • Marriage & Family Coaching   –   Learn to understand and identify your feelings and needs, as well as the needs of your partner or family members.  Practice effective and courageous communication, encourage new thinking patterns and replace negative habits and cycles with positive expression.
  • Singles & Pre-Marital Coaching  –  Focus on self-love and self-appreciation so you can fully give yourself to another.  Identify your ideal partner and establish boundaries before they become problems.  Letting go of past hurts and fears of rejection and abandonment.
  • Gay/Lesbian/Trans Coaching  –  Exploring self-acceptance and identity issues. Living with authenticity. Working through labels and societal idioms.  Establishing goals and actions to improve relationships and successful careers.  Developing a positive perspective and approach to life.
  • Executive/Corporate Coaching  –  Multi focus on goal setting, time management, identifying obstacles and blockages limiting your success and advancement, handling stress that affects your physical and emotional health, maintaining a health work/life balance, career assessment and learning to love what you do. Imaging, branding, marketing yourself as an in-demand commodity are also important factors.
  • Fear/Anxiety/Phobia Coaching  –  Anxiety coaching is not therapy or medical treatment, but can be used in conjunction with those options, or sometimes on its own.  It’s about teaching you anti-anxiety skills, understanding the science behind the conditions, providing support and accountability, and helping with motivation.
  • Grief & Loss Coaching  –  Focus on supporting and encouraging you to discover the meaning of life after the death or trauma of a loved one, identifying life going forward, visualizing the future without your loved one, discovering and overcoming challenges associated with your grief, and helping you refocus on life’s goals and possibilities. You’ll begin to find hope and tap into your strengths, to not only survive but to ultimately thrive.
  • Life Transitions Coaching  –  Accepting life transitions with grace and purpose, developing action plans and goals to fulfill your emotional needs and challenges.  Pursuing your dreams and living authentically through transitions such as: ending relationships, moving or relocating, changing jobs, careers or retirement, facing an empty nest when children leave home, transitioning from college or schooling to the workforce, or major financial changes.  It may look like a different life than you’re used to, but it can be a better, more fulfilling life if you are willing to accept the changes and recreate the life you desire.

One-on-One coaching sessions will allow you to discover what you really want out of life, as well as develop the action plan to move forward towards the goals you set.

The majority of coaching sessions take place by telephone or Zoom or Skype. This method is highly popular as I can coach anyone from anywhere in the world.  I do have an office location in Orlando, Florida, if you prefer in-person sessions.  There is no additional charge for in-person sessions.

While sessions are typically one hour, they can range in duration based on your needs.

These sessions are typically only between you and your coach, however, some couples or families may prefer these sessions together.

I look forward to working with you soon!
