About the Author

Laurie Soldinger has spent the last 20 years working in the healthcare field and several years ago, began exploring holistic wellness alternatives and specifically essential oils.

She studied Business Management and Psychology at Seminole State College and is a Certified Professional Life Coach by the Life Coaching Institute of Orange County. She is bound by the LCIOC Code of Ethics, a strict list of guidelines modeled from the ICF (International Coach Federation) and training of the ICF Core Competencies.

Laurie is also a Certified Divorce Recovery Coach and has completed extensive training hours and courses specific to this niche. Not only is she a child of divorced parents, but she has personally gone through the process after an 18-year marriage and 3 beautiful children. She can appreciate the complexity of the process and the physical, emotional, and spiritual toll it takes on people and their families.

Laurie recently discovered the powerful effects of Dr. Benjamin Perkus' Aroma Freedom Technique and realized it would be the perfect way to merge her coaching practice with her passion for educating others on the physical and emotional health benefits of essential oils. She became a Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner in order to blend these areas of expertise while helping others explore their best life. This technique allows her clients to overcome trauma, obstacles and blockages that are preventing them from achieving full personal and professional success.

Laurie currently resides in her hometown of sunny Orlando, Florida with her three children and her three dogs.
